Oak Cliff Campus Students Attend Mavericks Game and Participate in Halftime Check Presentation

Jason Kidd has partnered with Dallas Can! to motivate kids to volunteer and be active in their schools and communities. The students from Dallas Can! volunteer at local elementary and middle schools to help teachers with tutoring and mentoring younger students. The Jason Kidd Foundation donates 25 Dallas Mavericks tickets to the students of Dallas Can! six times a year.

During one of the games this month Vice-Principal Rodney Milliner and students Hector Valenzuela and Bervin Washington were invited on the court during halftime to participate in a check presentation from Jason Kidd to the Jason Kidd Foundation. Through the Kidd Assist program, Jason Kidd will donate $100 to the Jason Kidd Foundation for every assist he has this season.
